Poster Construction
I started off with a black background making black the main colour on my poster, a creative decision which represents the genre well and sticks to following conventions.
I then added an image of the two main characters mid fight showing the conflict between the two of them. I faded it into the black background and added the blood splatter effect which is typical for a film poster in this genre.
I then added a quote regarding schizophrenia onto the poster giving the audience a teaser as to the themes that are explored in the film. I also added the title "No Escape" the font used here represented the genre well as well as the choice of colour, red.
Finally I added an overlay of the doctor that diagnoses Franklin with schizophrenia.

Flat Plans for poster and double page spread
These flat plans gave me a good idea on how I wanted to begin constructing my movie poster and double page spread. I used them as a guide and have followed my original design which is clear to see in my practical work.
